This tour is a must, especially for first time visitors to Kuala Lumpur. During the tour, you will discover exciting landmarks starting with a photo stop at the 88-storey Petronas Twin Towers, a striking glass and steel combination. View the splendour of the King’s Palace, the official residence of His Majesty, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong (King) of Malaysia. Drive past the impressive Parliament House, a building complex located in the vicinity of the Perdana Lake Garden, where the Malaysian Parliament assembles. Also located in this area is the Tugu Negara, also known as the “National Monument” in Malay.

Another important must-see is the Dataran Merdeka (or Merdeka Square, also known as Independence Square). The Sultan Abdul Samad Building, which grandly overlooks the Dataran Merdeka, was among the most significant landmarks built by the British. Then drive around Chinatown where you will pass by the infamous Petaling Street – a bargain-hunter’s paradise. Bargaining is very common here and the area is usually crowded in the evenings with locals and tourists alike. End your tour with breathtaking views of the Kuala Lumpur skyline in the 276 meter high Observation Deck at the KL Tower.

Visit the Sze Yeh Temple which is believed to be the oldest Chinese Temple in Chinatown. Chinatown or “Chi-Chong-Kai” as the local Chinese call it is a fun place to shop and eat. Begin your tour with a visit to Batu Caves - a limestone hill, which has a series of caves and cave temples. This cave, dedicated to Lord Murugan, is one of the most popular Hindu shrines outside India. It is the focal point of the Hindu festival of Thaipusam in Malaysia, which attracts over 1.5 million pilgrims yearly, making it one of the largest annual gatherings anywhere in the world.

The Factory Tour shows you the different pewter production processes 'live' - casting, filing, polishing, soldering, hammering and engraving, as well as the intricacies of making Selberan's fine jewellery.

Then, create your very first pewter bowl by participating in The Royal Selangor 'School of Hard Knocks', which is an entertaining hour-long pewtersmithing workshop where participants are taught to create their own pewter dish using traditional tools and methods.

FRIM offers all walks of life, a back-to-nature experience whilst enjoying the flora, fauna and landscapes and the remains of an old Orang Asli settlement. A waterfall and river cutting through this forest reserve adds serenity to this luxuriant landscape. The main highlight in FRIM is the Canopy Walk. The canopy walkway was built in 1992 on the hillside and spans for about 220 meters. The entire walkway consists of 4 bridges suspended from tree to tree by an elaborate array of ropes. The walkways are planks hardly a foot wide placed on aluminum ladders supported by ropes. These 4 bridges are connected by 3 platforms 30 meters off the ground. The hike up the canopy walk may be strenuous for many as it is an uphill hike most of the way.
