Important information

All indicated rates are per room/night including breakfast, service and taxes. Rates may increase without notice due to changes in government charges, taxes or levies.
Hotel check-in time is usually at 15:00. As early check-ins generally cannot be granted during busy conference periods, we highly recommend pre-booking the room for the preceeding night of your stay in order to guarantee for an early check-in. If an early check-in is only requested on a “subject to availability” basis upon arrival, please indicate this in the special request field in the accommodation booking form.
Should you check out before the confirmed departure date or in case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge you for all nights confirmed according to the cancellation policy.

Individual Bookings

ONLINE ACCOMMODATION BOOKING IS NOW OPEN

All accommodation bookings for IAS 2013 must be made through the online accommodation form. Early booking is highly recommended.

Before you can book accommodation, you need to create a conference profile from which you can access the online accommodation form. If you already have a conference profile from previous IAS or AIDS conferences you can use the same login details.

Group Bookings

Hotel rooms in different price categories have been secured at preferential rates for groups (more than 10 rooms). Early booking is highly recommended.

The company or organization requesting a group accommodation booking must nominate one group representative who will guarantee for the room block and administer the group booking. A conference profile is not required to make a group booking.
